Abstract Submission Rules
The language of oral presentations in the symposium is English. Study abstracts must be submitted in English, however accepted abstracts can be presented in Turkish.
Abstracts for the symposium will only be accepted through the form via submission system. Abstracts sent via e-mail or post will NEVER be accepted.
Papers sent to the 1st International Symposium on Anesthesiology and Reanimation will be evaluated "oral" abstracts.
Submission Deadline: 5 November 2021
Papers must not be presented and/or published on any platform, and must not contain commercial links.
A maximum of two papers from the same author will be accepted, and maximum number of papers to be submitted is two.
The presentation of accepted studies can be made by Specialists, Lecturers or Assistant Doctors. You are kindly requested to make the choice of the presenting author accordingly.
The layout of Abstracts should follow INTRODUCTION - OBJECTIVE, MATERIAL and METHODS, RESULTS, DISCUSSION - CONCLUSION order, whereas case studies should consist INTRODUCTION - PURPOSE, CASE, DISCUSSION - CONCLUSION layout. Your abstract should not exceed 300 words in total. (Excluding keywords, sources, etc.)
Abstracts should be written on the form AS REQUESTED. Author name and institution information should NOT be written in the boxes where the text of the paper will be entered.
The abstract submission system requires membership. If you do not have an account, you can sign up for free by filling out the form. An activation link will be sent to your e-mail address.
Oral presentations accepted for the 1st International Symposium on Anesthesiology and Reanimation will be presented on-line on December 3, 2021, participants from Istanbul, Bursa, Kocaeli, Tekirdağ, Edirne, Kırklareli, Çankkale, Balıkesir, Sakarya and Bilecik provinces will present physically on December 4, 2021 at the symposium center, and the details will be shared later.
While sending the abstracts, the requests of the authors for the competition will be taken into consideration, however, the papers to take high scores from the referee's evaluation will be eligible to participate in the competition. At least one of the authors is required to register for the symposium. After the submission of the abstract, the names of the authors in the study cannot be changed.
All clinical and experimental studies, human or animal studies, must be conducted within the ethical framework of European regulatory authorities. Information should be provided that ethics committee approval has been obtained. The Scientific Committee, if deems necessary, may request a copy of the approval / exemption document. Reviews and meta-analyses do not require ethical approval. If written consent cannot be obtained for case reports, ethics committee approval is required. The scanned versions of the ethics committee permissions of the submitted submissions must be uploaded to the system before the competition until the specified date.
In case of a withdrawal request of a submitted paper, an email indicating so should be sent to the Scientific Secretariat (email@example.com) by the presenting author. In this e-mail; notification number; contact information of the presenting author; reasons for withdrawal; Signed acknowledgment by all authors that they agree that the paper can be withdrawn should be clearly stated.
